Sai Marketing believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order.

2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Sai Marketing has offered with 50% discount or under any offer.

3. No charges are applicable if cancellation is made immediately after placing the order. 3 % of the order value will be deducted in case cancellation once the packing list from courier is generated.

4. Orders can be cancelled only before processing. Please contact Sai Marketing online team Call +91 96741 62673 or Email (office.sfpl@kosmik.co.in) to cancel an online order. A cancellation fee of 2% of the order value will be applicable.

5. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be applicable if the order has been already dispatched.
